Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to assist you in selecting a vacation property that fits your needs and budget. Each member of our team has in depth knowledge of each property, its location and costs. Our team doubles as the concierge staff, able to direct you to special event, restaurants, area attractions, directions, and knowledge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are happy to help you plan a day or a week's worth of activity, a wedding, a massage or a quiet hike. Our web-site has been designed to help you in selecting a rental property and all of your activities.

In order to offer only the highest quality units and provide exceptional customer service to our guest, the following guidelines have been established. Please understand that each property is unique and with its own character. Further, SMG does not discriminate between older and newer cabins when establishing the standards. However, by establishing a set of standards, we can use them as guidelines for our housekeeping, maintenance and inspection staff; thus assuring our guests that each property will be at its best. Every unit is inspected prior to each departure clean to assure that the housekeeping standards have been exceeded.

Each Unit shall maintain at minimum the following:

• All items on the Household Inventory List
• Cable Television
• Local and Free Unlimited Long Distance
• High Speed Internet Connection (suggest wireless)
• Televisions in at least the common rooms and master
• DVD Players (not VCR)
• Stereo w/ CD Player
• Gas Grill
• Trash Removal Service (city or other)
• Pest Control
• Club membership (if in Chalet Village)
• Keyless Entry System (by SMG

Of course most of our cabins and condos go far beyond the minimum standards offering views, fireplaces, jetted tubs, hot tubs, pool tables, and many other amenities. If you stay in Chalet Village (Ski Mountain Road area) you will have access to three community clubs with pool, playgrounds and tennis. We work closely with our owners to make sure each property is offering its full potential to our guests.
